what irritates me
1- the title
2- hiding the results to the back end
3- getting people confused with a look like a good announcement when its bad in reality.
it makes management looks stupid, cz people aren't stupid they have eyes they can read, an they will react.
i do understand management want mallow down the effect of a negative announcement
however they should know well that this will reflect bad on them
I recorded the first failure in this management actions.
