my thoughts are that mcr need bhp, and bhp need mcr ......
abt 5 yrs ago - western areas renegioated there deal with ni-west, and got somewhere around 70-72% payability ......
we have seen PAN - do a deal for their conc (with a china inc co), and IGO re part offtake for Nova ......
what that means - is there isn't "enough" ore in WA to fill up the ni-west plant .........
so, mcr is "captive". but bhp needs both tonnage, and a length of time.......
ie (imho) - it makes sense for both to help each other.
