@plough doesn’t it say the Jumbos have an overall efficiency of 200m/month? Also isn’t the site for 52 people not 54?
I am also not an engineer, but they seemed to suggest that this cost was based on using secondhand buildings. Given the need to delay DFS it is probably irrelevant anyway now.
