It's risk off in the markets with all the conflict. As I've said before, the slowness of management means you can jump out and return later as nothing will materialy progress and the safety of cash will see punters leave and return later. Anyone who bailed in April, May, June, July or August etc can return anytime now and be in front. They can likely do the same in December if the conflict continues.
