I started with etoro ( I found difficult) went to Kraken(neutral opinion) and Binance then moved to Coinspot, which many do not like because of fees however it is simple and straight forward for beginners and experienced alike.
I use Binance, Coinspot and Kucoin. I have some tokens I hodl when I'm ready to sell I will sell through Coinspot and Binance. To mae money one has to spend money...fees don't bother me it's the price of business
