Copper/cobalt is recoverable but its currently not economical to outlay the costs to do so. Hence scoping study went with gold/silver options as highest IRR.scoping study has been the biggest flop! No investor wants lawyer boy or caveman geo to be incharge of a mining operation. We all want the next havieron! So do our big investors ncm/igo. They need to go out and look for it! Instead they wasting money on infilling minyari and scoping studies
