What are peoples thoughts on Res 3 ??? i.e. Raising more than 15% of issued capital at a discount to VWAP. Obviously we will run out of money before year end.
"a maximum of 80,000,000 Shares at an issue price of not less than 80% of the volume weighted average of the closing sale price" ???
Sounds inviting if they offer it to current shareholders, but not real great if they get another SI on board. Or is this 80% a guide only and it could actually higher or equal to the VWAP ???
