i love how when people are grappling for any bit of credibility they overstate their case.

i.e. CR at 1.4-1.6c... the history of AKK (who i think have enough recent history of CR's to obtain a trend) is that they issue at 15% below the VWAP from the previous 10 days.

If there is to be a CR (note that i do not think they will need one as debt agreement will be signed soon), that would make it 1.7c

but that may be too high of a re-entry point for some.... of course so will 3c be once debt agreement is finalised!
