Large capex for large cashflows - can't have one without the other.
I agree with Bell Potter that RRL may be an interesting takeover target for an overseas player in part due to the weak AUD:
- 400,000+ oz production profile exclusively in Australia
- Large growth project effectively thrown in for free (presuming Section 10 is dealt with)
- Open share register
- Current EV: US$764M
