yeh i do this quite often. The premium to NTA is getting quite large. I would probably wait until after the next nta update because some of the underlying companies that WMI have in the portfolio have run hard and should be reflected in the August update. Hence the share price may increase more as we get closer to the dividend ex date. Another area of analysis is to check the movement to cash in the fund. The higher the percentage of..it usually means that the overall market is closer to the top than the bottom and the manager is having difficulty finding value and catalysts to exit discreet holdings. All in all ask the question of yourself. Is the share price likely to be at least 10% lower because of overall market movements or sentiment related specifically to WMI. If the answer is yes then trade.
