I'm always looking for quality exploration stocks (particularly copper - gold) that can provide a 10-fold share price increase in a few months. It does happen. However not many recently, and certainly not to any stocks I hold which are mostly down about 80% over the last couple of years. So when I see a headline "40 metres 3% copper wow" it sparks my interest. Then when I read a bit further and the widest assay is 35m @ 0.18% Cu, I get a bit disappointed.
I agree the MDs salary is exceptionally low at $144k, but he does have 3.3 million shares worth $363k. Not that he can sell them of course.
GML does have exploration potential, but its early days with a lot of work to do. I think that(but I'm probably wrong) I have better prospects with PEX, KGD, ROL, AIV, AJR, AOH, MEP, PLS, SAR and UML. I'm not so happy with CGN, IRL and BYR but I'm holding on.
Good luck to all GML holders. Exploration success will happen! But to who?
