    45% of something given to a company with $3m in the bank, doesn’t own the IP, and management with no manufacturing experience ....I hope it doesn’t go down the same path but starting to look very similar to Ton v1. Let’s see if shareholders support the next inevitable capital raise or continue to leave the ship slowly sinking.
