- WIN & MNS had a MOU signed in Oct 2017
- they finally agreed the name, ownership structure and lead for the venture incl respective ownership stakes
- they got into the European battery alliance (okay so this is not bad as it puts them at the table incl possible funding from the EU)
- rest tbd (study, incentives, funding, location, supply chain, etc)

why do these announcements seem so disappointing !
