Is everyone else getting this email for a last push today???? I hope it's not costing the co. (us) any extra $$$$ considering the placement is fully underwritten anyway???? Waste of my time when u can buy on market for 7.6c. Looking forward to having this behind us. Next time pls just go to "sophisticated investors" instead of putting the breakers on the SP when we were gaining momentum. Between this and the WGX debacle I figure it's cost us 10c+

Triton Minerals Entitlement Offer Final Reminder - Closes Friday 27th April

Dear Shareholder,

We have been authorised by Triton Minerals (TON) to contact shareholders directly about their Entitlement Offer and based on your contact details and availability you may have spoken to my colleagues at Baker Young or myself, acting on behalf of the company.

I apologise if you may have already received something similar from my colleagues, however, this is a final courtesy email for shareholders who have yet to receive their paperwork.

If you are one of these shareholders who has not yet received the paperworkplease get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will attempt to get that for you.

The company is looking to raise 52,158,266 Shares at an issue price of $0.08per Share on the basis of 1 Share for every 15 Shares held on the Record Date and up to approximately 26,079,133 Options on the basis of 1 free attaching Option for every 2 Shares issued, with each Option having an exercise price of $0.12 and expiring on 31 December 2018, to raise up to approximately $4,172,661 before expenses

Shareholders can also apply for additional shares above their entitlement.

Please note that the offer closes tomorrow Friday 27th April. However, Computershare may be able to accept payments that arrive on Monday 30th April

In discussions with the company, we believe there are many reasons to take up the offer:

Triton Minerals (TON) has a portfolio of quality graphite assets in Mozambique, including the flagship, premium large flake, high purity Ancuabe Project located just 45km from the port of Pemba. A December 2017 Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) showed Ancuabe producing 60ktpa on pre-production capex of $99.4m, with a $800 p/t margin and an estimated payback of 3.8years

The Nicanda Hill Project contains the largest graphite and vanadium resource globally with 1.44Bt at 11.1% Total Graphitic Carbon(TGC)and 0.29% V2O5 (Vanadium Oxide).

TON has signed offtake term sheets for 50% of the planned Ancuabe production and today converted one of the term sheets to a binding offtake agreement with Qindao Tianshengda Graphite for up to 26% of the planned production at Ancuabe. The Company is progressing an EPC and financing agreements with Chinese partners – presenting significant near-term news flow

The Graphite market has significant tailwinds in the battery/EV macro thematic. More Graphene than Lithium in most Li-ion batteries, in addition to Graphite’s qualities as a fire suppressant (expandable Graphite – Ancuabe provides this with high-grade TGC 95-99%). Issues around potential future supply in China are also increasingly becoming an issue due to environmental standards – further adding pricing pressure in the medium to longer term.

Argonaut research price target of $0.15 with an 18c valuation. Argonaut believe TON is differentiated from other graphite developers by its large flake quality product and one of the few graphite development projects with a clear line of site to production.

The offer with a 1:2 free attaching option provides an inherent listed value to be captured by shareholders. Looking at TONOB (November 2018 expiry and 11c strike) shows a tradeable value between 1.5-2c – potentially valuing of the new series 12c expiry option at a similar value – thereby lowering the entitlement cost to approximately 7c if calculated on a 1 for every 2 shares basis at (~$0.02/2 = ~$0.01)
