Agree mostly with you Gwy... The frustration you allude to with EXU holders is because RMS sought to launch a hostile and opportunistic bid for EXU before EXU could advise its shareholders fully of what it has..One can speculate that RMS didnt want EXU holders to be fully informed because when thay are, they will know that the bid was a low ball bid...smart on RMS behalf, but still hostile and opportunistic and launched at a time to deprive EXU holders of knowing the true worth of their asset....Anyone with half a brain would therefore quite rightly assume RMS knows it is worth more than they offered.. and once holders are appraised of that information they would be looking for a more substantial offer....To put this bluntly...RMS broke off dialogue with EXU when they couldnt get their own way, launched an opportunistic strike in an attempt to steal the company... before the owners (the shareholders) could be made aware of the true value....This is business,,,...,but... Shame on you RMS and holders for believing EXU holders should all roll over and be thankful, for this cheeky attempt at theft... no matter how you try and disguise it....
