I think the increase in revenue was the deferred revenue from the 4th Quarter so no great shakes there, but good to see that Staff and Admin costs were down by 36%. Hopefully thats sustainable, but at some stage they will want to go back on full salaries. Interest costs were up so presumably Pure asset have asked for their interest deferral to be brought to an end. Cash up $400k is good.
All in all pretty satisfactory.
