it's also the cost avoidance of acquired kidney injury from excessive dye which increases the hospital stay cost by $14k (from memory) using DyeVert almost reduces AKI from dye to zero. at a cost of USD$350 seems like a no brainer to use DyeVert for all contrast related procedures
