Spot on mate. This last 2 weeks got to learn so much about the pit and its potentials, best of all knowing there is no major pollution issue and having NAMA maintain the pit since 2012 tell me this pit is still worth a lot of money. As you said, being an old mine the logistic for transport and processing the minerals are there and any environment issues should NOT be as complicated as GGG uranium mine as being an old mine, unlikely many settlers and business would have setting up near the pit to resist the mining license.
