    I'm not sure why you'd pay out an unfranked dividend when you are conducting a CR at the same time. SH are not getting the benefit of tax already paid, so it seems a fairly pointless exercise. The $3.55 CR price also leaves me a bit cold. The RCR share price has been too volatile to make that an iron clad winner for investors, although the projections for FY2018 are very positive.
