Morning all, hi Shady and Perdy

I am doing some work on this atm - but, am not ready - so a quick post with just a couple of points.

Now, a question ---------?????? and, this will show my level of geological confusion here

re. "The SPs of SFR and SRI exploded, imo, because of a major new volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) discovery in each instance; and they came as a big surprise too."


Isn't it entirely possible that Breaker has parked it's bum right on top of a (or several) VMS deposits here?


Why do I say this?

A. Lamprophyre from 'one end of the system to the other'

B. We have sulphides

C. We have a lode system with lodes already identified


Now - I understand that the excitement about most VMS around the world is about base metals with gold as a by product - and, that Australia has only a few and most VMS are in the higher latitudes of the Nth Hemisphere - but, hey - what does the evidence suggest so far?

Also ------ as far a gold and VMS goes ---- does the name Yukon mean anything to us?
