    The company talk of high grades is clearly incorrect, they've consistently disappointed, and the grades are NOT high.

    I don't know why they can't use more correct and veracious language in their reporting.

    Someone should hold them to account.

    The wording used is often done for punters, and does not actually reflect reality. Intelligent people at the company should know this, surely.
