A native of Texas the former San Antonio mayor has a Mexican grandmother who arrived in the States as a six year old orphan in 1920.
Joaquin has been rounding up former Trump aides and legal eagles and bringing them to account for their supposed perjury whilst under oath .
The timing simply couldn't be better.
