I have been watching fairly closely since the Ausbil ceasing to be a substantial shareholder notice and every time since the announcement, when there is a build up on the buy side at a particular level, it has been dumped into, which would suggest to me that it is Ausbil, still selling. At a half educated guess, I would think that their holding, would now be in single figures.
I only bought into EM2, from earlier this year, so don’t know the full history of Ausbil involvement, but would like to think that management of EM2, would be keeping a close eye on their share register, and knowing that they have a major shareholder doing a hatchet job on their share price, they could possibly be waiting for them to liquidate entirely, before announcing too much positive news, not wanting to do them any favours.
Managment should have also been looking to find a buyer/buyer’s to take them out. Since becoming a shareholder, I have listened to a few interviews/ presentations done by the MD, and have to say that, he doesn’t inspire me greatly, unfortunately, and I personally, would see it as a positive, if he got the (dcm), don’t come Monday, would be interested in others opinions on this point. All just my observations.
