Agree EM2 is just in that stage of explorer to developer then miner.
Take a look at BOE. BOE is uranium though its a good example of how things can turn around.
BOE was in a long-term slump until uranium started to improve. At that point they did there due diligence mine planing and feasibility studies. From there finance was sorted and plant mine construction began. I think BOE move into production shortly and the share price has gone from 30cents post construction to North of $4.
It's the cycle of life.
