Great results, and this is grade control sampling for defining the first area to mine (across three levels now too). Channel sampling is cheap and reliable too for cash-strapped operations undertaking an MRE upgrade. This is really encouraging. No company would pay for grade control drilling at this stage of development but channel sampling is the obvious step toward mining and its fortuitous that the underground development already exists.
Channel sampling is never done to extend orebodies or a mine, it is linear grade control to concentrate information on the region of known mineralisation. Often it reduces the mining envelope and increases grade, here it seems to be expanding on the modelled ore envelope AND increasing grade.
There are lots of orebodies under cover that can't benefit from direct access like Oracle Ridge has. The risks are so much lower here for investment.
