AM goes into a bit of detail about KIN’s commercial options in this interview from Nov last year. The whole thing is worth a rewatch but the mining options discussion comes in from about 18:30. He does note that KIN can build a mine “relatively faster and relatively cheaper” than others because of their plant parts.
I guess if the updated MRE in Sept is large enough then maybe they go down that path?
