I too am FAR from an expert in this area, but I came to a different conclusion. A long term plan is not practical as the company is in the (detailed) data collection phase - necessary to “establish scale” and ensure the best decisions are made long term (underground vs open pit or a combination). Tom mentioned the importance of not going to early and building in flexibility - necessary to give shareholders best rewards in the long term. His style seems to be to commit to future plans and estimates only if their is certainty......Professional - I personally like this style - even if it means as shareholders we have to wait longer.
