I'm not saying do either, I have been in a similar situation myself and it sucks...

I leave companies where I hate management and it is a healthy option.

Again, I'm sorry you guys got shafted, I didn't do it, it's wasted energy jumping up n down re LT, many here have been doing it for months so excuse my abrupt response, I am actually sympathetic to Slr holders who lost, I just get bored and worn out by seeing these threads turn into constant lt bashing...
