Mgmt is a destroyer of wealth for shareholders. Sold shares to mates when Red prices are low. I was hoping they will cancel the shares. I voted against the merger and SLR shareholders have not benefitted from merger. Hope the funds, or some part, are returned to shareholders soon. This BOD cannot be trusted to look after shareholders’ interests. Will vote to remove LT and against remuneration whenever opportunity arises. Thinking of selling all my small holding and keeping just a few hundred to keep voting against BOD till LT removed.
