Well said.
DRO claimed it needed $75 M. Why on earth did it then raise $115 M?
It will now have more that $100 M of cash on it's balance sheet that it will never use at massive cost to the future returns for shareholders.
DRO has grown from a market cap of $35 M to $700 M, or 20 times. Only about 10% of that growth has finished up in the hands of shareholders.
