Just becomes speculation if you do that. Any cap raise is immediately accretive. We'd need to, in hindsight, analyse the growth of earnings without the SPP to the growth of earnings with the SPP. Of course that cant happen, we cant view both sets. And management provided next to no detail (to retail holders at least) to even come up with a suggestion of how this could grow the company. So it is not based in anything other than hope to call it accretive.
