Give up on the demonisation. You have no idea of my background and skill level.
How about sticking to the maths.
You think this is accretive? Have a look at the accounts last year and see how much was earned from last year's capital raising. It is easy to do as the only benefit was interest.
Here is some simple maths for you
700 M/800 M = 90c
600 M/400 M = $1.50 (I have taken off $100 M because the company would have less cash)
Look how much has been given away in shareholder value since the beginning of last year.
Maybe DRO will continue to do brilliantly, but if it doesn't the downside is going to be really ugly with all that dilution.
