I haven't got any update yet, but if one user has confirmed 40.8% of their application, that would apply to all applications.
I've seen suggestions that the SPP should've been skewed so that longer term holders got more access than shorter term holders. To be clear, this will never happen, as it is illegal. You can't legally give preferential treatment to some holders over others (there are legal exclusions, like sophisticated investors in access to raisings). Every share is worth as much as every other share, and in an SPP scale back, you have no choice. Everyone gets the same percentage of their application amount.
