This company deserves to get trashed. I've given up being a customer. Their survey rewards have deteriorated, but more significantly the length of time it takes is too long. Too often they screen me out just for answering questions too quickly, even though they're legitimate answers. They send out intimidation emails warning of account suspensions and penalties. You can't opt out of their spam unless you close your account, which you cannot reactivate after closing. Also the fact that payments take up to a month to hit your account is ridiculous. Absolute joke of a market research company and to any prospective investors, know that any short term spike in financial performance has likely come as a result of screwing over the customers that allow them to operate. I'll stick with Mint, Myview and others which are more rewarding than this incompetent lot.
