    "An additional" that doesn't tell you the total value of the bids, just what they accepted over.

    It doesn't mean there is no scale back.

    They could have accepted $640k more because that rounds out to a 50% scale back across the board, or a 75%. Point is, we don't know.

    I'm not bothered either way.
