We'll know soon enough. I'm fairly certain they'd need to say if they were doing a scale back - even if they didn't have the exact details, as opposed to saying that they're not doing it.
Either way, another milestone ticked off, I'm looking forward to hearing about more construction news in the new year and progress on the updated approval footprint by mid year.
FWIW, very pleased to hear MacDowell are involved in the structures contract, they're expert bridge builders.
