I am not sure if you are aware, but complaints can be made to ASIC anonymously. As I mentioned last week, I was made aware of a complaint.
From joining the dots over the last few weeks of ARM's selling down of shares to potentially benefit themselves if they were to convert to shares, the complaint to ASIC, ASIC's hopeful investigation into the behaviour of ARM and now the announcement that ARM is not going to convert, my joining of the dots tells me ARM chose not to convert as they didn't want to chance their arm as to the ramifications from ASIC if they did. You can join the dots anyway you want.
The who and when of the complaint is now irrelevant. The result is through now and in the favour of the shareholders or good guys for a change. Cheers.
