I think that would need a turnaround in sentiment, not just fundamental progress, but it doesn't seem impossible.
In two years, PVE should have Bezzeca and Sant Alberto producing, and with a bit of luck the reserves there will evaluate ok, say at 4bcf and 2bcf. Gradizza might be waiting on approvals for production. And they might have drilled three more appraisal wells, say Selva Stratigraphic and a couple of others, and have maybe one really promising result from those.
That should underwrite an enterprise value over $100 million - so a share price up around $1. And if there were some encouraging progress with either Teodorico or one of the oil targets, that might provide enough hints of blue sky to push the share price up to $2.
