Ah fair enough i spent a whole of 1 minute reading it.

Still don't get why they had over 2 years of funding and they said they were well supported to then do a CR and at such a discount if the demand was so strong.

Get the insto to buy on market or raise at a higher price or same price as what closed, as they couldn't get the amount of shares on market for that price and it would of pushed the price up higher. If they raised at 30c you would go yeah buying on market would of pushed the price up higher than the 30c but same time it sets a baseline higher. The 20c gives easy profits should they want to flip for little risk, hence the SP has taken a beating since as there is still an instant ~10% profit right now.
