    16m bought this morning.

    Smart money isnt going to line wipe if they dont need to.

    Let me make a point that seems to have been overlooked here. The company has said "A further $10m will provide the company with a stronger balance sheet for larger contracts and capability to execute strategic initiatives as well as potential merger and acquisition opportunities."

    Please re-read that and then just sit with it.
