Big discount and no retail participation? why?
This is opportunistic IMO, they could have raised the same amount of money at lower discount if they allowed retail to buy in. I have been a long holder but wont be buying short term, I dont see this going up in the next few months and if inflation picks up, tech will take a backseat so best to hold and sit tight.
