The management made a good decision, demonstrating maturity by raising equity to take advantage of the situation at hand. Replacing the secured gold loan and gold stream will deliver approximately $40 million in additional free cash flow to the company within the first 12 months of production, from gold that would otherwise have been allocated to the debt facility.
