if they've got the firsthand knowledge of everything going on and think that what TAR has uncovered is big enough, then i'd say it's likely they would all jump at the opportunity to pony up some extra cash for more shares before this takes off
would also aid the hypothesis that the SP was held down intentionally for the CR
