Sophs only placements are the norm, if TAR have managed to get their SP up to 20c we should all be happy to be in at these prices - if they do manage to get the SP that high then they're doing something right and their hard work is well worth them getting their placement shares as long as they keep it up
I don't know much about the rest of the BOD, but I think TL is a good fella and cares about the work the company does
