Ann: Strongly Supported Placement to raise $3.5 Million, page-202

I had an order for 1.8m at 3.3 heading the buy-side there yesterday. Someone sold me 300k shares ... the same order stayed overnight at the head of the queue and is still there now. I do not have a sell order set higher against that - there is no fiddling of the visible depth that I can see

What appears to have happened.

The broker/s (BP?) have stacked the 3.5 sell and look to have smaller 3.4 sells They are also selling via CBOE (Chi-X) off-screen at 3.4 so the full extent of the selling is unknown.

I also received 1 share against my buy in the 4.10 match-up yesterday - So I reason that BP has sold all but one share at my top buy price to another of their clients for a long position. Two trades at my buy-price with the bot matching so I'd only get one share of the close deal.

That's my interpretation ... I was keen to add a few at 3.3 but won't be going higher. Sometime this afternoon I may cut that order at 3.3 and follow through on one or two other stocks I have my sights set on so if the buyers at 3.3 diminishes it may be me - no fiddling.

Happy to buy at 3.3 for a while longer - Dumaguette - why not sell me yours so you can move on and be happier?
