Many thanks EW, I've had shares well before then but don't recall a notice ever being lodged. And in fact the current annual report doesn't list any Substantial shareholder! So its a mystery, certainly John Bond has to lodge any amendment to his holdings if they change by 1% or more. So if he's added significantly through the placement shares a lodgement is due any day.
