A bloody good question, and i don't know - but IMO i can't see TAR losing it if its all been put on ice by circumstances completely independent of and out of the control of the company.
Whilst we're doing the REE work presumably there's not much cost-wise happening on Flinders. (Positive for preservation of funds at a critical time - just thinking of a positive out of a real negative ).
Actually I do recall a poster querying the benefits of these recent acquisitions at Martin Well, Curnamona etc when conservation of funds was important (and it was a relevant point when TAR was on its knees a few months ago). The happy side of that problem is that all these recent acquisitions directly from the Dept have so much potential, including REE (which probably was a secondary consideration at the time).
