I do believe that regardless of the other REE explorers out there, as TL has pointed out:
1. The potential 'basket price' for the suite of REE currently identified is very high value, and
2. The overall assays are at the top end of those announced by others.

It's still early days, but it's looking very promising, with swathes of 100% ground to explore. And yet it's location is very good wrt road/rail access, power and ports - this is vastly superior to OD6 project location.

What needs to be considered cf OD6, whilst they have 103 million shares vs 698 million shares, only ~half of OD6 shares are tradeable at the moment. And thus demand is unmet by supply, which has assisted the upward movement in share price.
