We know the AGM is next Thurs 24 Nov. I wonder if the attendees will become more enthusiastic about the REE potential after hearing Thomas give an overview of how things are progressing - there may be a run on the shares coming into or just after that AGM.
But I still remain of the view that until the BOD get approval for placement shares they'll probably try to keep the lid on the news flow.
Personally I've given up on the thought of getting more shares at a lower price now, the restraint by Placees has been very impressive, and I can only conclude that BP has done an excellent job of issuing and controlling the flow of Placement shares. (Certainly far better than a number of other brokers that I've observed in the past).

If we don't see a Substantial shareholder notice from 007 we can only assume he's taken up an amount of Placement shares proportional to his current equity percentage.
