IMO the brokers, not only BP have all been very much aware of the significance of this discovery but also the 2.8c placement play since the 3.4c CR/SPP

everything has revolved around that 3.4c mark on the vwap during all occasions news flows heavy capping you name it.. as we sit today we are only just starting to get a tiny little sniff of this so-called huge value that TAR has delivered its shareholders, the only ones that have seen a touch better are all the people involved in pulling this off.

IMO there are sooooooooo many people on the same page with this that it will go absolutely nuts when the time is right
